We have a camera at the entrance of the home that faces the exterior. Guests may turn it off during their stay if they choose. The camera is only used for security purposes.

While our number one rule is to have fun, we have implemented the following set of house rules in order to keep it a safe & clean environment for our valued guests. At no point should more than the pre-approved number of guests be on the premises. Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm. Any damages must be immediately reported to the host. Guests are not permitted to change the pool heater settings unless given permission to do so by the host. The cleaning fee includes 6 hours of cleaning after guest check-out. Should a guest leave the home in a state that requires additional cleaning time, an additional $50/hour cleaning fee will be imposed, with a 1 hour minimum.
