Our cottage has been completely remodeled and downstairs studio is ready to welcome you! It is located on a quiet one way street filled with beautiful mature trees. Enjoy morning coffee or glass of wine on the covered patio overlooking the grassy yard. Walk 3 blocks downtown to dine at one of of the over 60 restaurants and enjoy art studios, breweries, concert venues, and festivals!
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous soapstone countertops. The bedroom hosts a plush new king bed with luxury linens, walk in closet and large Smart TV. Bath has as a tiled glass walk in shower with large soapstone vanity countertops and charming barn door. Living area has a large sectional sofa that could offer additional sleep space and a 42 inch flatscreen TV.

Summary: This is a great place to stay. It is a large size, with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom. The unit is well stocked and has everything you need. Carol has done a good job of anticipating what a person needs. The outside patio is a pleasant place to sit when the weather allows. Carol is easy to reach and prompt with responses. The location is in the heart of the Montford neighborhood and close to downtown, as well as easy access to all the highways. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.
