The home is located in a 5-star River Strand Golf & Country Club with resort style amenities includes 4 pools, a championship golf course, tennis center, pickle ball, spa, club house, tiki bar, social events and more. The home is in a prime location with a short distance to all the beaches like Anna Maria, Siesta keys, shops and restaurants, an Ideal place for snow birds and coastal lovers to enjoy the sunshine!

STEP OUTSIDE: Private heated salt water south facing sunny pool and hot tub in a large screened lanai w/ 6 seats outdoor dining table, ceiling fan & lake views; two pool lounge chairs, two Adirondack chair, plenty pool toys in a pool container, and a 3 burner BBQ grill for you to enjoy Florida life style.
INTERIOR LIVING: Coastal-themed interior, 2 cable TVs in living room and family room, each bedroom has its own Roku TV, six seat formal dining table, ceiling fans in each room, office with view to the pool and lake view, executive office desk and chair.
Tile floor in the kitchen and living room, and wood floor in all bedrooms ( picture will be updated soon).
FURNITURE and FURNISHING: high end furniture, comfortable mattress and liner, full set of leather recliner, high chairs; For outdoor, we have lounge chair, Adirondack chair, outdoor dining set, 3 burner BBQ grill.
(Notes: due to tear and wear, some items or bedding might different from the listing photos, for example, our comforter now is luxury turquoise color, dining chair and highchair now is brown Paxton leather chair, just in case if any items is critical to you, please ask before you book.)

POOL RULES:
We have heated pool and hot tub, and can be heated separately. However, the heating fee is not included. If you like both pool and hot tub to be heated, we ask $65/day for the heating cost. If you just want to heat the hot tub only, we ask $30/day to heat the hot tub to 100F degree, and the pool only will be $35/day to heat to 80F degree.
PET POLICY: Small dog or cat are ok, two pets maximum, pet fee ($10/night/pet), and pet deep clean fee $200/stay.
CLUB: We have Golf and Social club membership with the Resort. The membership is available for 30+ day stay only, although it is optional. if you like the club membership, there will be One time Transfer Fees at $535 plus tax, included both social and golf membership. Two members only for direct family members. It will come with one car transponder for the gate. We will need 15 days notice prior your arrival to process.

High chair is available for free.
BBQ Grill is free to use, all you need is to refill the propane gas if run low.
