Main Dock and lift can support a 38' boat; other dock area can support 26' boat. Home has high level of furnishings and complete, quiet privacy. From your own private dock - catch tarpon and snapper - watch the manatees come in from the patio and dock. Get to the ocean by boat within minutes via Tavernier Creek, truly amazing location. Putting Green, Outdoor Games, 2 Large Covered Patios (1 patio has 70" TV screen, other is fully screened), Weber Grill, and a place to park boat trailer. 32' saltwater pool has heater in the cooler months and chiller in the summer months; pool overlooks water and has a sun shelf feature. Some heating/chilling fees may apply depending on season and temperature, we can discuss as you book.
