When you drive into the property you will understand the proximity to the water. When in our home, you can see the water through the windows! The river is in the backyard which connects to the intercoastal. In a 15-minute boat ride you will be on the open ocean which is known for some of the best fishing in the world as we are so close to the gulf stream which is about 5 miles off the coast.
Can we cook at the house? BBQ outside?
Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with your standard plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, cups, pots, pans, seasonings and much more. All appliances are ready to be used! We have a Webber BBQ grill to enjoy in our outdoor deck area. Propane will be provided. In the kitchen, you will find a microwave, and coffee maker complete with Keurig pods!
Is it suitable for children?
YES! With the private property, there is room for outdoor activities for the kids. The children's bunk room is stocked with games and books for the children to make themselves at home. Please be considerate of the dock and river. Always wear the provided life jackets located in the dock box when using the kayaks or going on the water.
What about outside? Is there ample seating?
Yes, we have you covered! We have a beautiful patio set with 6 comfy chairs for you to kick back and relax. We also have an outdoor dining table with an umbrella for your family's outdoor enjoyment and dockside Adirondack chairs for afternoon naps.

Great news, the living room TV is Roku “Smart TVs” which allow you to access Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, or whatever networks you are subscribed to!

Yes, we do allow dogs under certain restrictions! We are dog owners ourselves and understand the desire to have your furbabies on vacation with you.
