The location of this home is everything! You are a short distance from the world’s famous Saint Paul Linear Park. Enjoy the day on the walking trails, the Interceptor Lagoon, which flows to the Butterford Waterway and then the Myakka River. The park has significant kayaking launches and plenty of wildlife. There are mangrove forests with an excellent salt marsh view.
Upon entering the home, you will find outdoor seating for two by the front door with a private entrance. The house has an open-concept floor plan with stunning natural light. The spacious living room has two plush couches, a day chair, and a TV with Samsung Surround Sound Speakers. Adjacent is the gourmet kitchen, which has two barstools, a large kitchen island, and all stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has gorgeous views of the pool and canal, and can sit six comfortably.
Welcome to your outdoor space paradise! Through the fantastic sliding glass corner door, you will head to an outdoor dining table for six and plenty of chaise lounges to soak up that Florida sunshine. Enjoy the square-shaped pool overlooking the gorgeous canal when ready for a dip. You will find a paved walkway to the backyard leading to the dock. Three large palm trees border the home to the canal. Cast a line a catch the fish of the day!
The spacious primary bedroom awaits! This room has a king-size bed, a large dresser, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool. Attached is the primary bathroom that was spa-inspired. There are two separate vanities and a large wrap-around walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a bohemian vibe with a full-size bed, a large dresser, and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity and a walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling. The third bedroom has a coastal feel, with a full-size bed and plenty of place to kick back and relax.
