This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can sleep up to 4 people. It is beautifully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar and an open view of the living and dining areas. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the master bedroom has a king size bedroom with an en-suite. Lastly, this condo has a covered patio and gorgeous gulf and bay views. Waterside at Bay Beach amenities include deeded beach access, fishing pier, 24-hr attendant at gate, social room, sauna, fitness center and walk to beach, public preserve area, shopping and restaurants. Waterside features four pools and four spas in a tropical setting. Two private hydro-grid tennis courts are constructed in the heart of Waterside. The communal pool and spa is also heated. Each building has its own private social room and separate exercise room.
This unit comes with Wifi and cable TV. There is TV's in all bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a king size bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bedroom. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen. There is: a blender, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, and all cups/glassware. The unit also comes with an in unit washer and dryer. All linens and towels are included, we also include starter toiletries which includes: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer liquid. It also has an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers.
The unit is on the 7th floor of the building, however there is an elevator in the building. The building itself and unit are directly on the beach! The size of the unit is roughly 1,200 sq ft.
PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere in the building.
