Cleaning fees are consolidated by site and include check-out cleaning, Contents Insurance (in lieu of security deposit) and Club Social Membership. Additional fees are optional and can be added to reservation for the transfer of golf club membership for $475. You may contact us and elect to have a golf transfer membership included with your stay. Finally, there is a 30 day minimum stay with an application approval process that take a minimum of 20 days to get an approval.
