Summary: Not much parking. Driveway extremely steep. But house was clean, nice, comfortable, quiet area. Drive to Windrock main access was close and drive to additional access trails was close. Good middle ground imo. No external water point so was unable to wash equipment after ride was my only dislike. Everything else was great.
