Charming cottage in the globally recognized Reynold's resort with a view overlooking Lake Oconee is the perfect getaway. Lake Oconee has it all - golfing, biking, fishing, walking trails, boating, water sports, and more. This is true lake life style.
This lake access family friendly home has an open floor plan and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The cottage welcomes you with a rocking chair covered porch. The home has an open floor plan throughout the main level that provides an ideal area for gathering. The main floor has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that separate the living area from the porch with a beautiful view of Lake Oconee. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the necessities to cook in if you choose. The dining area has a rectangular table with seating for 6-8, with additional dining options for 8 on the screened in porch. The laundry room is also on the main level.
All three bedrooms are on the second level. The Master suite has a king bed and large newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a newly renovated bathroom with the third bedroom which has another queen bed. The family room has a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A screened porch faces a beautiful view of the lake. With comfortable outdoor seating, a porch swing, and dining tables to be able to make the most of the lake experience. This is the go-to place for everyone to gather! A gas grill is on the covered porch for your use and outside dining. Outdoor space has an extra large hammock for relaxing, and a fire pit for evening s'mores. Perfect for families, the large common area has plenty of grass for outdoor games, as well as a pool and a tennis court, all right next to the cottage. The community dock is available for your boat or boat rental. You'll find the dock to be the perfect spot to relax, fish, or hop onto a rental boat or jet-ski.
This cottage is ideal for golf outings, family gatherings and get-a-way long weekends. There are plenty of local places to dine and some you can visit by boat. There are boats to rent conveniently at the Reynolds Marina or other locations on the lake. The Ritz Carlton hotel is also on the Reynold's property. The Spa at The Ritz Carlton is a great place to unwind and pamper yourself or a loved one. Reynolds is home to 6 legendary golf courses (designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nickalus, Reese Jones, and Bob Cupp), and you can golf at five of the courses as our unaccompanied guests (we have to book for you).
