Summary: Good hotel
But is is an extended stay so no breakfast and there was nobody at the property and they checked me out 1 hour early I this because my card stoped working at 10am I tried virtual front desk and they told me that I had checked out so they couldn’t get me another key to finish getting my things out the room. My children left 2 bags and a couple chargers that I was not allowed to get. Just clothes and chargers but it was ours. I ended up leaving after waiting till 11:30am to see if someone a human would come so we can get our things nobody came. But the room was tidy and the bathroom had hair everywhere. I will never book at this hotel again. I even asked the virtual front desk for a corporate number he told me that he didn’t have access to it. SMH. Next time I’ll stick with my normal hotel drury at least they serve breakfast and supper. Very disappointing situation

Summary: Bed uncomfortable, linen worn out pillows look like a towel inside a pillowcase. My second and last experience with them. I chose it because my experience at Winston Salem NC last November was good.

Summary: The property is great and the front desk ladies that assisted especially the one who came in on her day off to assist is much appreciated . What makes this property poor is the fact the front desk was closed down before the end business hours which left several of us customers in the lobby some for 1hour and a half just to check in and get our keys to rooms we already paid for . There was an emergency phone in the lobby that we all used until finally someone showed up which happened to be the lady on her day off not sure what happened with that and it was never explained . We stayed for an entire weekend our room did not have wash clothes and we dialed zero on the room phone and the gentlemen who answered just kept saying il bring them we never got them and everytime we went downstairs to ask someone the window was down and no one was available . We ended up having go buy our own. We never saw a customer service rep at the front lobby until Sunday check out time and that’s when she supplied cloths and towels after letting her know about the experience we had but of course it was to late we already bought . Definitely need a more reliable and available customer service representative to help weekend traveling guest
