The property consists of a modern 1800 sq ft house that is laid out with an open 2nd floor above a bedrooms 1st floor. Views of the surrounding high desert, farmland, and Abajo Mountains are seen from the decks. The village of Monticello is 8 miles away and has many services, restaurants, and a grocery store.
