We respect your privacy as a guest of our home, however ... lawn service at the house occurs seasonally, and we check hot tub chemicals frequently, even during your stay, to insure proper levels. We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge.
