Upscale totally modern house located in a cull de sac of the quiet gated community of Vanderbilt Lakes. Barefoot Beach is 5 minutes drive, or a short bike ride away. Great location just minutes from downtown Naples, or Coconut Point in Estero.
The master bedroom en suite is on one side of the house, and includes sliders to the pool area, flat screen TV, a King size bed with new mattress, separate bath with double sinks, walk in shower, and walk in closet. The 2 guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. A built in desk is included in one of the rooms with a laptop workspace, and comfortable work chair.
The kitchen is open to the family room with a huge counter height breakfast bar, stainless steel appliance, and all of the dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances you will need. There is a wine fridge in the dining room, and a beer fridge in the outside kitchen which includes a grill, sink, and prep area. The outdoor dining table seats six, and is just off the kitchen. Comfortable outdoor cocktail couches complete the relaxing lanai. The pool is electric heated, and floats and toys are included.
The living room has a comfortable leather reclining couches, and a 52" flat screen TV. WIFI is included.
The large side yard is big enough for volleyball, badminton , or corn hole...boards and net included with the rental. You will feel like you have your own private resort.
