This condo is best suited for a small family (parents and up to 2 children) due to the number of bedrooms and types of bed. This condo is located on the 6th floor, but don’t worry, there is an elevator you can use. Now, let’s talk about the inside of this condo! The kitchen is all updated and beautiful. It has black appliances, granite countertops, stylish cabinets, a breakfast bar that seats up to 2 people, and you can see the dining and living area from it. When it’s time to eat, there is seating for up to 4 people to dine together in the dining area. Thinking you’ll be doing some lounging around? No problem. This condo has a great living room. It has a blue leather sofa, 2 blue leather recliners, a large flat screen TV for your entertainment, natural light from the glass patio door, and access to the outdoor screened-in patio/balcony area. Here, there is a large patio table and some chairs for everyone to sit on and admire the views of the bay and watch the dolphins. There are 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is the master bedroom, and it is light, airy, and large. It has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for younger members of the family.
Community Description
Casa Bonita Royale is directly on the bay and has an outdoor communal swimming pool that’s heated. It also has boat docks, shuffleboard, and a private deeded beach access across the street. It is just a short drive to great shopping, wonderful restaurants, and Southwest Florida International Airport.
