The best location in the Tampa Bay area! Our Cottage has a country feel but close to the city, attractions and beaches. You will have your own entrance to our detached guest house. Very private for your comfort. Great for relaxing by the pool, swimming (during the summer months, due to water temp.), enjoying the koi pond, playing mini golf or strolling through our 1 acre, Botanical Gardens. Guaranteed to see an array of birds, butterflies and more! Washer and dryer are in the main house and available for your use. Use our golf cart, bicycles or walk through our unique, 250 acre, equestrian neighborhood, or to local grocery store or restaurants. Very safe! Borrow our kayaks and bring them to a nearby lake or the beaches. We can also transport the kayaks for you and give you a guided tour, for additional fees. Private motor boating trips may be available also. Signed liability waiver required to use all modes of transportation. We don't allow large drinking parties, but will allow poolside gatherings of your family and friends.
Note: We have house cats that may hang out by the pool, once in a while. Please let me know if this would be a problem and I can keep them indoors. Smoking allowed outside on pool deck and yard only.
