NEW Pool CAGE /LANAI installed December 2023. The 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom (2 Kings/1 Queen and 1 Queen size sofa sleeper), split bedroom floor plan comfortably sleeps 8, with tile flooring throughout. There is a cot in the 2nd spare Queen bedroom, which is NOT part of the 8. The washer & dryer are located in the two* car garage. Water enthusiasts will enjoy the 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 1 canoe available. Only 1 side of the 2-car garage is available; we leave a car there permanently. The space: A large living room leads into a separate dining area and an additional poolside room overlooking the heated pool and canal. All standard cooking appliances and supplies can be found in the large kitchen needed to make everything from a BBQ to a gourmet meal, featuring lots of cabinets and a pass-through bar counter. Relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine under the lanai or go for a swim in the heated pool. Dine inside or outside on the outdoor patio area covered by a roof off the poolside room, including a west facing sunscreen. Enjoy the horseshoe pits along the canal or simply sit and enjoy the views from the dock. For your convenience you can access the second bathroom from the pool area. Privacy landscaping is on both sides of the pool area. The golf and country club are just blocks away. Shopping, restaurants and local beaches are less then 15 minutes away. Nonsmoking and no pets please. An additional refrigerator/freezer is located in the garage. We are located on a canal that does NOT access Lemon Bay, however in less than 15 minutes there are several marinas and state parks where you can put a boat in. Guest access to entire space. There is a locked closet in the garage that guests do not have access to.
