Guests give host the right to collect a pre-set extra guest/visitor fee of $50. per extra guest/visitor, through Airbnb resolution or otherwise, for each extra guest/visitor above the max limit set in the house rules if prior express permission was not approved by host. - Additional day guests of 2 maximum without approval allowed but must exit by 10pm. - If host detects party/event through any measure including security cameras, neighbors reporting, police reporting, or otherwise, a minimum of $1000 party fee, due before guest checks out & does not include extra guest/visitor fees. - There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. THIS INCLUDES THE COVERED PATIO. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces. - Dogs only are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee of $75.00 per pet paid prior to stay. A maximum of 2 dogs. - Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste. If outside pets must be on leash at all times, back yard though fenced is not secured for dogs. If you must leave your pet alone, please kennel them while unattended. No pets in the beds! please respect other guests who are allergic. - QUIET HOURS: 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. - Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. - No fireworks on the property - We do not tolerate harassing our neighbors or other guests, or other disrespectful/ rude behavior Guests violating any of the above rules may be trespassed from the property, at the Host’s discretion, without notice, or refunds.
