The last room on this floor is the bunk room featuring two sets of FULL over FULL built-in bunk beds with a private bath. There is also a linen closet, stairs, and an elevator on this floor that reaches all levels of the house.
The second floor has a king bedroom with a private bath across from the elevator. Down the hall, just off the living area, is a powder room. The living area is an open concept with a large seating area, with a beautiful gas fireplace directly below a 75" smart TV. There are French doors leading to a walk-out balcony with ocean views. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a separate under-counter icemaker. There are beautiful marble countertops, and the dining area seats twelve people.
