Positive: Erik was a wonderful host. He was communicative, friendly and accommodating. He responded to questions in a timely manner. We found that the description and photos of the house were accurate with the following exception: the "Queen" bedrooms were actually "Kings"- a very nice plus! The two Master bedrooms at the back of the house offer direct access to the pool area. There was a very plentiful supply of linens and towels, including pool towels. We were pleasantly surprised to find cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, laundry pods, etc.. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare many family meals together and all 7 of us were able to sit together at the table comfortably. There pool area was very nice and we were able to get the hot tub & spa warm (HOT) enough for the grandparents to enjoy. The handrail at the pool steps was a big help. Members of our party have mobility issues and found this property easier to navigate than many others. There are only two steps for the main entrance - only one if you come in through the garage. The interior of the unit was step-free with smooth flooring. One Master bath has a a step in shower with a handheld showerhead option. The nearby WalMart was able to deliver almost anything quickly- even a replacement phone when mine malfunctioned. The location is very convenient to major parks, restaurants, shopping, etc..
