The Beach Haus is perfectly located between the Intercoastal and the Atlantic Ocean. Castle Otttis is at the top of the street for great photo opportunities. Walk to Cap's, a great local restaurant, the intercoastal to fish and kayak or walk to the beach to play in the sun. The Vilano Beach pier and town center and shops is short five-minute drive Historical downtown St. Augustine is a 10-minute drive over the bridge where you will find museums, shopping, dining and sightseeing in the oldest city in the USA.
There is some road traffic due to the popularity of the restaurant, Caps located around the corner.
House Rules:
We love our furry friends but, we ask that you clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly in the outdoor bin. Please crate your pet if you need to leave them alone.
If there are any damages caused by pets or guests, we Will charge an excessive use fee of a minimum of 200.00.
PLEASE take the garbage bin to the bottom of the driveway on THURSDAY evenings for Friday pick up.
If there are any disruptions of your stay due to Weather, an "Act of God" or anything out of our control, refunds and/or compensation are strictly up to the host's discretion.
