Within minutes of Anna Maria Island Beaches, IMG Academy, GT Bray Park, Robinson and Perico Preserve, Shopping and 3 golf courses on the street. Closest golf course is right in front of the house called Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club. GT Bray Park is one of the nicest parks around with a gym, swimming pool, pickle ball, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball court, skate park, grill area, dog parks for small/large dogs and beautiful trails. Plenty of parks and preserves around. Robinson Preserve is an awesome place for site seeing, bike riding and other outdoor activities.
