Perfect for a single traveler or a couple looking for a romantic getaway, this tiny jewel box of a home is tucked away in a lovely quiet neighborhood in northwest Bradenton. Whether you're visiting for a couple of nights or want to get away for something more prolonged, you'll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay!

...some of the beautiful back-streets of one of Bradenton's most treasured areas, dotted with lovely homes overlooking the Manatee River. Once you arrive, you'll find your own parking space in the driveway, right by the gate that leads to your personal oasis at the back of the property.
Once you pass through the gate, a well-lit path will lead you along the driveway to the back. On your way, you'll pass the screened pool and patio area the resident owners are happy for you to share. At the end of the drive you'll be charmed by what awaits! First on tap is a shaded hammock floating over the lawn, with a putting green off to the side. Then you'll see "Kevin's Beach," and you'll feel like you've been transported across to Anna Maria Island! Stepping stones across the beach will take you past horseshoes and corn hole, right to the front door of your tiny cottage.
Inside you'll find all the necessities for comfort. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge with tiny freezer, a toaster oven. microwave, and coffee maker. The living area offers a queen bed, wardrobe, flat-panel television, desk, cozy armchair, and a kitchen table that expands if you need a work space. Off to the side is a full bath with walk-in shower and pedestal sink. All linens are provided as well.
Once you've settled in, you might want to avail yourself of the pool and spa, screened in for bug-free enjoyment. While the pool is not heated, the spa can be heated for an additional fee of $10 per day.
You're also welcome to use the owners' Big Green Egg, which bills itself as "the most versatile grill in the world," with grilling supplies located underneath. Pool, spa, and patio under the screen and attached to the house are available for your use from 10am to 8pm daily.
Please Note: while there are no laundry facilities at this property, Ray's Coin Laundromat is just 4.5 miles away and open 24 hours a day. Option two? Combine a visit to the beach with a quick load of laundry by heading to Seaside Laundromat in Holmes Beach, just 6.7 miles away from home and only a couple of blocks from the beach.
Sleeps a maximum of two people in one queen bed.
