The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, large closet space and Roku TV, while the second guestroom has both a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin/queen bunk bed. The guest bath was included in renovations with a tub/shower combo and large vanity.
Each unit in the building is guaranteed one assigned parking space in the underground secure garage with a 7-foot clearance. There is a fitness center, sauna, oceanfront pool and sundeck for community guests and new beach stairs for easy access.
