Be among the VERY first to stay in this unique 'oversized tiny house' ! You will be greeted by 20' ceilings, fun open concept plan. Well appointed decor, complete w your own private alley entrance, w gate and door codes for easy check in. Ample street parking. This is a second/third floor garage apt in our backyard, and we do give you your privacy! 12 min walk to either the seawall or downtown! I do provide a large toaster oven (pizzas fit), a stove top w pots,and coffee pot w plenty of coffee and fixins. The main bedroom has a queen bed, second loft bedroom has a full, and a full size sofa bed, all are new and cozy w the best linens! A compact/narrow stairway leads to the loft. Great place to stay for cruises, close to parade routes too. Restaurants/bars w in 10+ min walk. Near the Bryan Museum, Moody Mansion/Ashton Villa, Bishops Palace and more. Super close to Mardi Gras parade routes!!
