Newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage located steps away from the Homosassa River and Palo Verde dead ends into Yulee Preserve. The 1 acre property has new sidewalks down W Yulee. Ride your bike or walk to restaurants, shopping or the river from your own backyard. This cottage is located near all the activities provided by the Homosassa river including local hunting and fishing, water sports, etc with local dining, shopping and breweries only a short drive away. Tampa is approx a 1 hour drive with Tampa International Airport.
The cottage includes electric, sewer, trash and Wi-Fi. The cottage has a screened in porch to enjoy the cool breezes.
The cottage includes :
Queen size bed
Sofa/futon in the living room
Stove, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen smart tv, cookware and all linens. Just bring your clothes and you are ready to enjoy old Homosassa. Bed linens and towels provided. I do not provide linens for an extended stay, but there is a laundromat 1 mile down the road.
Pets welcome - only sm/med dogs (no cats) with $50 nonrefundable per pet, per stay.
