This beautiful property is located just a short walk from Sea Hag Marina. It sits directly across from the Steinhatchee River and also has a large floating dock with enough space for 2 boats. It’s all on DEEP WATER and close to the Gulf so you are just a short boat ride to the mouth of the river. Currently the dock does not have water or electric. It is 20x30. Enjoy scalloping and fishing with all the comforts of home when you arrive at this spacious and comfortable property. Its bright colorfully decorated with a cheerful coastal theme.
It offers 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms plus a spacious den to accommodate a total of 11 guests. The outside features two screened porches, one on front and one on the side, a grilling area with propane grill and a huge yard with plenty of parking.
