As you enter the Great room, you will be captivated by the soaring Tray Ceilings with built in Mood Light and the sun-drenched split floorplan. Living room comes with Coastal Style sofa and armchairs accented by a rustic TV console with a large 75" Smart TVand a rustic barn door leading to the master suite. The dramatic Kitchen with lots of Granite counter space and stainless steel appliances is fit for a Chef. Beachy Plank Tiles throughout the whole house, accented by various rugs. Formal dining is just steps away from Kitchen with open views to pool area and the huge private garden with Hibiscus and Fruit Trees. Entertain with ease as the flow out to the lanai has 4 stacking sliders on one side and a 90 degree slider on the other so you can bring the outside in. Large covered lanai with dining for 8 and extra lounge seating with another 65" smartTV above for everybody. The large pool with rectangular whirlpool and a stylish Sunshelf is embedded in an oversized brick paved pool deck stretching over the full width of the house. All pool functions and lights can be handled easily by a handheld remote control. All water features can be heated on cooler days for an extra charge. Enjoy full privacy framed by lush landscaping.
