Enjoy the company of your family and friends while gathering in the inviting living area, with large sectional sofa to relax while watching shows on the large wall mounted HDTV. Check out the cabinet for games, and puzzles for those stay in rainy days. Step out on to the spacious screened porch to share conversation while gathered around the table for four or in the seating area. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6. Nearby is the fully stocked kitchen. The property has Xfinity Gigabit Internet with blazing fast WIFI in case you have to take a working vacation.

ACCOMMODATIONS: There are three bedrooms and a loft offering sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, SmartTV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a shower and tile flooring. There are two bedrooms and a full hall bath off a hall on the opposite side of the living room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with ROKU Smart TV. The kids will love sleeping in the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Head upstairs to the loft to read, and relax and while lounging on the day bed. This room is open to the living area below, and can accommodate 2 additional guests on the day bed and trundle bed underneath.
This property has the best underneath outdoor living space of any property in the Tarpon Ponds community. Outdoor dining space, lounge space, double hammock, gas fire-pit and gas grill on the outdoor deck. Your adventures await to explore the island and head to any of Seabrook Island's 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.

The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
