CALYPSO COTTAGE is a tropically styled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom direct beach/gulf front single-family home. The open floor plan allows for breathtakingly scenic viewing from the kitchen, dining and living space. Wake up to peaceful views of the Gulf from the main bedroom. The sliders open to warm breezes, amazing sunsets and the BEACH right beneath you. Comfortable furnishings both inside and out. Take a dip in the Gulf, go shelling and stroll for miles along the pristine shoreline of Little Gasparilla Island. This well appointed beach cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family or 2 couples. Maximum occupancy is 4. Pets are considered with approval and additional fee.
Please note: THIS IS A BOAT ONLY ACCESS ISLAND. You will need to park at the marina and take the water taxi over to the island at an additional fee.
A Golf Cart is NOT included with this property. Golf Cart rentals must be approved prior to check in. If approved, caution must be taken to drive on the designated path as it is not safe to walk/drive over the septic tank.
Bringing your own boat? A dock fee of $100 is required. To be paid after your reservation has been booked.
Prefer to bring your own BOAT? Maximum length is 23 feet at the shared dock.
Pets require OWNER APPROVAL. Additional fee of $150 plus tax per pet. Breed and size limits apply.
