Lovely cottage located on quiet, dead end street, 10 minute walk to Parker and Bass River beaches. Two bed rooms, two full baths, and complete kitchen. Modern decorations and updated appliances. Sleeps five, has a delightful three season screened in porch with spacious eating area. New Pergo flooring in bedrooms.
No smoking/vaping property.
Great Backyard, a grill for those summer bar-b-q's, perfect picnic table, and lounge chairs for peaceful relaxation. We welcome your pet but rely on you to keep property clean for incoming guests. Dogs are not allowed on beaches after May through September. There is a dog park.
Parking off street and only .5 miles to several beaches. free wifi provided.
Lovely outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off from your day enjoying the warm waters of Nantucket Sound.
Bring your own linens. Washer and Dryer in cottage. We have 4 beach chairs, beach cart and a beach Umbrella. Several sand pails . Convenient to restaurants, shopping, antiquing, family fun, Pirates Cove mini golf, and lots of ice cream.
Linens can be rented from local rental companies.
Need To make plans?
Friday to Friday week rentals are a good deal. Traffic to and from the Cape on Fridays is easier than Saturday. Give it some thought.
Though we expect guests to leave our cottage presentable, dishes clean and floors swept prior to check out , we have someone cleaning our cottage between guests. We are following cleaning guidelines from CDC and VRBO. We ask all of our guests to use safe and healthy practices while visiting. With the guests doing their part in wiping down surfaces before checkout then our cleaners come in and clean thoroughly we are confident our space is safe.
You are responsible for bringing linens, including towels, sheets and pillow cases.
We have an additional pet fee of $175 so please let me know if you are bringing a pet.
