Summary: The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. It's perfect for one or two people to staycomfortably. The outdoor space is amazing. I had my own private fenced yard area with a covered dining table. There was an outdoor tv and lighting if you want to sit outside in the evening. The best part is is that it's about a 2 minute walk to the beach.
