Nestled on Lake Keowee, this charming cottage offers stunning water views and easy dock access. A short drive to Clemson (less than 20 minutes) ensures convenient access to the vibrant college town, making this retreat ideal for both relaxation and adventure.
The Space
“Lake Daze Cottage” features a spacious loft (open to huge views and the living space below) containing a king bed and private bathroom, two main level bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a comfortable Frontgate air bed that can be set up on the lake level, also with its own bathroom.
The family room, dining room and well-stocked kitchen are located on the main level where guests will enjoy access to the spacious deck, which serves as yet another living space.
The deck has a full dining area, gas grill, fire pit table, swivel umbrella and Adirondack chairs. The decking, walkways and handrails are pristine Trex planks, which continue all the way to the dock.
The lake level features a kitchenette with an additional microwave, sink and bar seating. A huge game room (with ping pong and foosball tables) and home theater space with 75" QLED TV are ideal for watching football games or enjoying movie nights! The Frontgate inflatable guest bed can be set up for groups of more than 8 and there is a generous bathroom and laundry room on this level as well. Guests can relax on the screened porch with plenty of cozy seating, a fire pit coffee table and stunning views.
The Property
“Lake Daze Cottage” is located in a quiet community of 15 homes. The lot is beautifully landscaped with a variety of native plantings and trees. Landscape lighting makes being outdoors in the evenings a magical experience.
The large, covered dock is located just steps from the cabin. It is the perfect place to relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening beverage! It’s also the ideal spot for fishing or to jump into the lake for a swim. Since the cottage is located on a quiet cove, there’s not much boat traffic, which maintains the serene character of the area.
While guests will not have use of the owner’s boat or jet ski, there are plenty of local boat/ jet ski rental companies that will deliver to the dock for guest use. There are also two kayaks for guest use.
Noteworthy:
Kitchen appliances are all new as are the furnishings, mattresses, linens, TVs, kitchen countertops and sink/ faucet.
All bedrooms have new TVs equipped with streaming capability.
Family room has a Samsung “The Frame” art TV which can display your choice of artwork when it is not being used as a TV.
