From the moment you pull up to this cottage you'll be greeted with bright blue Victorian old world charm and large picture windows that flood the cottage with light. Walk up your private wood staircase to your deck overlooking North Glenwood. A bright, white living room full of pops of color will welcome you with a gas wall-mounted fireplace, beautiful warm wood floors, and modern decor. The couch conveniently pulls out into a comfortable queen-sized bed for two additional travelers to rest their heads.
Step further into the cottage to find an open dining area and access to your tasteful, newly-remodeled bathroom with shower and vanity. Just past the dining room you will have your master bedroom with queen-sized bed, spacious closet, and smart TV. Enjoy soft linens and a comfortable mattress to rest on after a day exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. At the end of the house you will find your kitchen equipped with range, dishwasher, and fridge. Small yet perfectly packed with everything you need prep a meal.

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. We ask a $75 pet fee for every 7 nights at the space. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $500 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!
