The Coral Cottage, aptly named for its beachy exterior color, sits a stone's throw from the riverbank. The Potomac River, which is 4 miles wide at this location, can be viewed inside through large windows or outside from the front porch or from double chairs at the river's edge. Hardwood floors and tasteful decor throughout the cottage please the eye, enhanced by the natural light from the many windows. There are two sitting areas in the front room -- one with a comfy couch and flat-screen TV for movie viewing and the other with chairs for reading and chatting. The kitchen is open to the front room with a sitting bar between. There is a tall table with two chairs in the kitchen as well. The bathroom with tub/shower and private bedroom can be screened from the front of the house. Through the back door in the kitchen, there is a covered porch.
