Our fully furnished, appointed & stocked two bedroom, two bathroom classic Florida home features an open concept living room, kitchen & dining area with warm colors & plenty of light. The bed and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the home offering privacy & quiet. Central A/C & ceiling fans provide excellent air cooling & circulation. Three sets of sliding doors open to the large Florida room which itself opens to a beautiful fenced in backyard with a large bricked patio. Most of the patio is shaded by trees & a large sun sail canopy. Our yard grows a Giant White Bird of Paradise, eight palms, an impressive pineapple palm, & papaya, grapefruit tree & longan trees, 30 feet of privacy hedge, & an array of potted plants. A gas-fired grill along with outdoor furniture offer great opportunities for socializing, resting, & enjoying Florida. Our home is within one mile of a grocery store, carry-out & in-restaurant dining, gas stations & other conveniences.
