Welcome to your beach getaway. This 4-bedroom beach house with a sunny front porch has everything you need. The ocean is just a few steps from your door, and the 7 miles of beach are beautiful each time of year. The rooms have high ceilings and wood floors throughout the living area and all four bedrooms. The large kitchen is well-equipped and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both baths have a tub/shower. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. In the off-season, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Old Orchard Beach and its beautiful coastline. It is a 20-minute drive to the University of New England’s Biddeford Campus.
