Townhome description:
The two bedrooms are located upstairs with the full bathroom in between. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a tv and a balcony that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a saucer chair. Both rooms have closets stocked with hangers for guest use. Downstairs you'll find the living room, kitchen and second bathroom. The dinning area leads you to the laundry room and patio with easy access to the pool. Townhome is protected by ADT home alarm system for the safety of guests.
Guest Access:
- Guests are more than welcome to use the washer/dryer, Xbox 1, pool, and cookware.
- Note that there only two assigned parking spaces for the townhome. There is additional parking spaces along the fence line for guests of the townhome occupants.
