Welcome to Owl's Nest, a cozy 2019 built, end unit town home in Fort Walton Beach, less than a mile from Task Force Pizza and only 5-6miles from the downtown area and the beach! Cooking and some toddler amenities are provided with TVs in every room. The home is located close to military bases, Walmart, several grocery stores, theaters, and other things to do. The Space:
Owl's Nest has 1,449 square feet with tiled flooring throughout the first floor with the kitchen, dining area, living room and a half bathroom on the first floor. All the bedrooms are located upstairs with two full bathrooms. One of which is a garden bath tub. The stairs and all bedrooms are carpeted. Outside of the backdoor includes a patio, not fully-fenced.
Guest Access:
The booking guest must complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan or a security deposit before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area.
