The ambiance at Summerhaven is definitely laid back as well as cozy, providing a restful beach vacation. Since it is right on the water the views across the jewel toned glistening gulf extend as far as you can see. You are just a few steps away from taking a plunge in the sparkling water that lies just beyond your back door. Besides the sensational views, the soothing sound of the surf and smell of the salt air invigorates one's spirit. This beach townhome has a three level split design plan with bedrooms on the first and third floors with the main living area between them. This provides happy hospitable arrangements for separate family groups.
The first floor level has direct access to the sugary beach with a partially covered porch and an open sundeck. comfortable furniture and a table with chairs invite you to lounge at your leisure while relishing the sensational beachfront scenery. Sliding glass doors open up into a bedroom with two twin beds, ensuite bathroom and mounted TV. The double twin room opens up to the bunk room that includes a queen over queen bunk and an individual queen bed.
Upstairs on the second level is the main open living area with sliding glass doors that lead out to a deck looking out onto the bright white sand . There is another table here that seats four and a gas grill. Comfortable leather couches beside the doors face another flat screen TV for entertainment. Nearby a charming dining table seats up to 10 guests with four bar stools. The handsome galley kitchen has a sleek black granite countertop bar with four stools. Modern stainless steel appliances provide everything you need for a family feast.
Upstairs is the gulf front Master Bedroom with a king sized bed and wall of windows looking out upon the shimmering waters. The Guest Bedroom has a king-sized bed and both rooms have a flat screen TVs and a full en suite bath.
The excellent location of Summerhaven places you just minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, a choice of golf, tennis and water sports.
First Floor: Bunk room with a queen over queen bed, and a stand alone queen bed. The bunk room flows into another bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite bath that services both bedrooms.
Second Floor: Dining area with large dining table, that leads into the living area, galley kitchen, and half bath
Third Floor: Gulf-side king bedroom with full bath, and additional king bedroom with full bath
Allotted parking for three cars at the unit. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.
