Comfortable and charming decor, this cozy cottage is perfect for Clemson football games, family vacations, girl's weekend, and romantic getaways. Located in one of the best ski coves on Lake Hartwell, this property boasts a beautiful view of the lake from the covered porch, grassy and level access to the lake, and all the comforts of home. Lots of fun for the family enjoying this Private Platform boat dock with bench seating and swim ladder. Pontoon rentals are still through Harbor Light Marina and Tri-County Marine. Located near I-85 and exit 4, just 20 minutes from Clemson University.

Master suite is exquisite with king bed, cable tv, sofa seating, large glamour bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, deck access and large view of the lake. The two other bedrooms are a 3 bed bunk bedroom and a full bed bedroom - Cottage sleeps a total of 7 in beds.

Open floor plan with gourmet kitchen is perfect for visiting while preparing your vacation feasts.
