This tropical paradise sleeps 2 people and is the perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy your next vacation to the Fort Lauderdale area with a gas heated pool and a 6 ft privacy fence. Internet is available. Our cottage is recently updated and very clean.

With respect to our neighbors, this cottage is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for mature adults. We do not rent to under 30 year of age. This is a non smoking property.

We are located in the most prestigious area of south east Florida that is about 1.5 miles from the famous Fort Lauderdale beach and the trendy shops and restaurants in downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd, New river that connects to the Intracoastal Waterway and the beautiful Atlantic ocean. The Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is only 10 minutes away. Miami International Airport (MIA) is 30 minutes away.

Fort Lauderdale is the gateway to the Everglades, you're only minutes away from fine restaurants, night life, shopping, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Hotel & casino, site seeing, water excursions. snokeling, diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, jet sking, surfing, shelling, cruise ships departing from Port Everglades to the Bahamas & etc. biking, tennis, golfing, horse racing.
