The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking and luxury amenities including a private pool in a secret oasis setting (heated for a fee), a six-person hot tub, outdoor shower, park-style grill, and a private boardwalk to the Gulf. Enclosed stairs on the ground floor provide access to the floors above and an elevator is available for guest use. The first floor features include two main bedrooms and private access to the covered deck overlooking the Gulf. There is also a third bedroom and bunkroom that share a hallway and full bathroom.
