The third level of Aqua Vista opens to a second living space with a pool table, foosball table, and wet bar. This floor features 2 king suites both featuring en-suite bathrooms and a queen/single bunk bed with a en-suite bathroom. The exterior of the home features many decks to enjoy the views of the Gulf and some overlook the private pool. The private pool features a spill over spa (not heated), outdoor loungers, and table that seats 6.
