This single-story home enjoys a lovely wooded setting, tucked into a forested neighborhood between Clemson and Seneca (four miles west). When you're not visiting your child or grandchild at school, touring the university with a prospective student, or cheering on the Tigers from the stands, you'll be wonderfully close to the shores of Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell.
The outdoor areas of the property are spacious and inviting, offering ample room to enjoy the mild South Carolina climate. Play heated rounds of cornhole in the yard, watch big games on the covered patio's outdoor TV, and spend your evenings flipping steaks on the grill and dining alfresco on the deck. The screened porch is perfect for everything from morning coffee to glimpsing the lightning bugs at night.
The interior is full of sunlight, with central air and complimentary WiFi running throughout. Cook with ease in the well-equipped kitchen, gather for dinner and board games in the dining room, and stream movies afterward from the comfort of the living room's plush seating. There are three bedrooms to choose from (all with smart TVs), as well as a Pack 'N Play for your littlest traveler.
