The Space:
Our 2-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Unreserved parking is available in front of the building.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Your suite is located in the Regency Neighborhood of Jacksonville. Located within minutes of the Jacksonville International Airport, the Southside, our beautiful beaches, and the active downtown lifestyle, you will never have to go too far to get to what you need. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other entertainment are all within minutes of your stay.
Getting Around:
If you’re driving by car, Jacksonville’s intricate highway system makes it easy to travel from the beaches to the inland areas. If you’re looking for an easy way to get around, there are more than 30 JTA bus routes that are used to take visitors and locals throughout the area and to the beaches. The Jacksonville Amtrack station is 20 minutes out of downtown and connects a variety of different destinations of the area. Due to the growing popularity of Jacksonville, Uber and Lyft are also available.
Other Things to Note:
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10am but we offer a complimentary extension to 11am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to arrange!
At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
