As you approach Bourbon Sea, the grandeur of this house begins to set in as you're greeted with a beautifully designed exterior and highly manicured outdoor space with two sets of garages and paved driveways. Guests enter directly into the entertainment space of this grandiose home where they will find the main access to the pool, a pool table, arcade game and dry-bar including a beverage cooler and ice maker so swimmers and movie-goers don't need to travel upstairs for refreshments. A massive in-home theater, seating 12, is also located here and is decked out with leather, electric recliners arranged in stadium seating, ambient lighting and all your favorite movie posters - just bring the popcorn! Outside the sliders, guests enter into an entertainers paradise. This beautiful space includes a Wolf six burner gas range with griddle and pot filler, Sub-Zero fridge, ice maker and dual dishwashers to accommodate large groups. The humongous island is adorned with stone countertops with a velvet finish and bar seating for four. To top off this amazing kitchen, a walk-in butler's pantry is hidden within the cabinetry for keeping clutter out of the way. Three luxurious king suites are offered on this floor, each with breathtaking views of the water, private en suites, and private balconies. Additional sleeping arrangements are also located here in a bedroom containing a twin/queen bunk.
