Situated in a private cul-de-sac in Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort! This townhome is a tennis players dream with a view of center court! 62 Kensington Lane is a spacious two-story townhome that sleeps eight people with two bedrooms and a bunk room. Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort has an extensive fitness center and club that guest can join while they are visiting. This home is located very near the fitness center in the middle of the resort. Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort boasts 600 ft. of private beach you can walk to or take the resort tram. Your kids will love the mini putt putt golf and half basketball court also located on property!
This townhome has a spacious kitchen, dining area, living area, washer/dryer, and half bath on the lower level. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining table seats six, and there are two barstools at the bar for extra seating. The lower level opens up to a covered patio with a four top bar table. Sit in the open air, enjoy a refreshing beverage, and watch some great tennis matches!
The second level large master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room attached. The bunk room has a twin over double bunk bed and has a door for privacy. The second bedroom has a king size bed, twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom. There is a cozy balcony off of the guest bedroom where you can sip your coffee and read a book.
Aces Tennis Villa is .6 miles from the beach. Approximately a 10 minute walk. The tram also picks up at the tram stations located throughout the resort.
The fitness center/club has 12 Rubico clay tennis courts, racquetball court, state of the art fitness center, exercise and yoga classes, indoor pool, sauna and steam room, and outdoor pool. To join it is $45.00 a day for a minimum of three days. The pass is good for your entire party. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you want to use the club and we will make arrangements for you with the club staff.
The resort has two great restaurants on property. The Topspin Bistro is located at the clubhouse/fitness center. The Blue Dunes Grill is located by the beach. Both serve delicious bites and beach cocktails!
Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located in Miramar Beach 10 miles east of Destin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
This resort does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.
In lieu of requiring a damage deposit, we charge $79.00 for a damage insurance policy. This policy covers the guest against property damage up to $1500.00. Please let us know of any damage to the condo so we can make a claim.
