An architectural gem, this home offers the original historic details dating back to 1860.
Enter the main home on the ground level to the fully stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, and a large inviting bedroom with King bed. On the 2nd floor, you will find a formal dining room with seating for 6 open to the living room. On the 3rd floor are 2 large bedrooms, a primary bedroom with a King bed and another with a Queen bed and a Twin pull-out chair. An en suite bath with double vanity, standing shower, and large soaking tub can be found just off the master. Access the private Carriage/ Cottage House through the courtyard, upper-level and ground-level studio apartments are equipped with full bathrooms along with a full kitchen in each. The Queen size beds are dressed in hotel-grade linens and a washer and dryer can be found in each apartment.
On the other side of the main house, you will find a detached three-bedroom home named "Blue on Broughton". The first floor includes a converted parlor room with a Queen bed and an adjacent living room. The full kitchen has ample storage space for extended stays. A washer/dryer is also inside the home.
