For peaceful nights, there is a king size bed with memory foam mattress. The home offers a lot of space outside with a 150 square foot balcony with a dining set. There is also a beautiful patio with a grill, two Adirondack rocking chairs, and a porch swing that sit right on Lake Carillon - all perfect for Happy Hour and watching sunsets. When you're ready to go to the beach, it's a short walk down the sidewalk to Crossover #7 where you will find 3/4-mile of beautiful beach. No need to cross a busy street. There you will find two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella reserved just for you during the season (March 1 - October 30). When you've had enough sand, enjoy the three pools - one overlooking the majestic Gulf of Mexico, a heated pool, or the pool just five lots from InnJoy. When you return, enjoy the outside shower with hot water.
